Philip W. Small - CEO

Phil, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BallMudder LLC.  BallMudder develops technology and products to standardize the preparation of baseballs for game day use by Major League Baseball and other baseball leagues.  Phil, an avid sports fan and former Division 1 athlete, also serves as CEO of CSD Framing, Inc., a company offering professional game day auction programs to professional and collegiate sports teams around the country.  CSD also offers custom framing for memorabilia.  Prior to acquiring CSD, Phil founded and ran PWS Foods, Inc. the largest independent distributor of ice cream and frozen foods in the Southwest.  PWS Foods was purchased by a regional dairy in 2003.  Phil lives in Westlake, Texas with his wife Shannon and their two children. 

Fred Bellio

Fred currently serves as partner and co-founder of Driven-4, a leading technology and development management company focused in the areas of PLM, IoT, Connected Product development and CyberSecurity. 
As executive vice president and chief information officer of Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., Fred Bellio was responsible for the strategic vision and business transformation for Ashley to become a technology company. Systems include supply chain management, business-to-supplier, manufacturing, warehouse management, business-to-retailer, customer service, and retail management, including point-of-sale systems and e-commerce.
Fred’s experience in manufacturing and supply chain is extremely strong. Prior to joining Ashley, he worked for Whirlpool Corporation where he was the CIO for the Global Products Organization. In that role, Fred was responsible for the development of strategic capabilities, processes, and technology in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing, Product Development, Global Strategic Sourcing, Quality and Service. He also was the leader of Whirlpool’s connected appliance strategy and technology development for Whirlpool’s suite of connected products and services.
Fred was the founder and leader of Brunswick’s Mercury PLM Services when it was created in 2008. Fred led the vision, creation, and successful operations of this Services business.

Randy Haden

Randy currently serves multiple roles for Ball Mudder LLC including Vice President Information Technology as well as accounting and communications coordinator.  Randy is also currently serving those roles for CSD Framing, Inc., a company offering professional game day auction programs to professional and collegiate sports teams around the country. Before joining CSD in 2006, Randy was the Vice President of Information Technology for a major finance company in Fort Worth.  Randy is the proud father of 3 grown children and lives with his wife Jeannene in Denton, Texas.
